Experienced Painter

Pan American Real Estate is a young and dynamic project development and housing company in Suriname, specializing in building and selling turnkey homes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum MBO education level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional painting.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and tools.
• Willingness to work on-site.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both in spoken and written form.
• Must be versatile and capable of handling various painting tasks.

Some Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning and sanding.
• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
