Experienced Construction Finisher

Pan American Real Estate is a young and dynamic project development and housing company in Suriname, specializing in building and selling turnkey homes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum NATIN or MBO education level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction finishing.
• Possession of additional technical skills relevant to the role.
• Willingness to work on construction sites.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Must be adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Some Responsibilities:

• Execute construction finishing tasks with precision.
• Ensure the proper installation and alignment of finishing materials.
• Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
