Experienced construction contractor
Pan American Real Estate is a young and dynamic project development and housing company in Suriname, specializing in building and selling turnkey homes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a construction contractor with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and building codes.
- A proactive and safety-oriented mindset.
Some Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is on track and of high quality.
